Warranty Recycle Program: Habitat Imprint values its customers and wants you to be 100% satisfied with your product. If your iPhone Case or Sunglasses break within 30 days of your purchase we will give you 50% off towards an exchange.

Habitat Imprint warrants and guarantees all merchandise against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of original purchase and we will issue and exchange for a new product. 

Exchanges for products without defects will result in a 15% restocking fee. (Items must be new and unused)(Personalized cases cannot be exchanged or refunded)

Habitat Imprint does not warranty against normal wear/tear after the 15 days and keep in mind, when dropped from a excessive height the cases do have a chance of cracking/breaking.

Return Merchandise Authorization

Contact us through sales@habitatimprint.com so we can get you an RMA number so we can complete the return process faster. Returns without an RMA number will not be excepted. After 30 days, Habitat Imprint cannot accept returns.

 Returning an item:

  1. Contact sales@habitatimprint.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. RMA number is invalid after 10 days it is issued and items will be returned to sender.
  3. Clearly mark the RMA number outside the package or on a sheet of paper inside the package.
  4. Pack and return the item in the original packaging unused and shipping box, if possible. Make sure to get Tracking Number through your carrier of choice.
  5. Habitat Imprint is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we highly recommend to insure your packages.
